First of all the hotel should know if breakfast is included or not. Second they should not ask for a tip when they do NOTHING. last but not least the waggle cooker would be a nice addition.

“Our stay at your motel was made memorable because of the efforts of your office manager.”
The office manager ‘Ray’ was simply outstanding, she anticipated our needs and she should be promoted to the General Manager’s position. This motel is kept very clean and it is in a great, safe location.
