The Hunter Valley Gardens and popular cellar doors such as Ernest Hill, Petersons Champagne House and Hungerford Hill are all within a 10-minute drive from the property. Concert venues at Roche Estate, Bimbadgen and Hope Estate are also within 10 minutes' drive away. Guests can enjoy the 12-metre outdoor saltwater swimming pool at the property in the warmer months and the cosy wood fires in the guest rooms, to stay warm in the cooler months. Free WiFi and on-site parking is available. Woodlane Cottages Hunter Valley is surrounded by a natural bush setting on 24 acres of private property in Lovedale. Bedroom Air conditioning not working. Turns itself off a while and flashes light, double checked settings and this was not due to timer. Shower head a bit outdated. Water does not come out properly.

It was fine I think they could work on the gardens so a lot greener. A few native plants would make the world of difference. The kitchen and bathrooms could use an upgrade but not a priority over the garden. Felt a little unsafe with the excessive security - but better to have it I guess. Pool was sparkling clean on arrival.
