Very large property. Good spot for exploring Hunter Valley vineyards. Best to arrive during the day as it may be a bit tricky to find your cabin after sunset. You do receive a map via email which helps a lot.

Great location, reasonable price for the area. Michelle was great arranging arrival, felt very welcome and comfortable, and a lovely break. Loved that real coffee (if if in a bag) and wine glasses available. Popped in to the cellar door, and enjoyed the wine too. We’ll be back.

Very nice location with a lovely view and quiet. Didn’t have to drive far to find food and wine.

“The Hunter Valley is mainly closed down from Monday to Wednesday!”
We stayed in the Olivers room building. We occupied one of the 4 small double rooms, for which there is a communal kitchen and relaxation area for sharing with the other guests. However we were the only people staying on the estate. The restaurant and wine cellars were closed which apparently happens in the Hunter Valley on Mondays to Wednesdays . Very few restaurants were open in the region. Strongly suggest visiting the Hunter Valley from Thursday through Sunday to avoid a ‘ghost town’ experience!

A really beautiful place. Great facilities and well decorated. The estate is really beautiful and lots of birds and wildlife. We were lucky to be the only guests and got the whole place to ourselves.

“Excellent! We’ll be back in winter to enjoy the fireplace!”
Amazing! A very beautiful property! Very close to some great restaurants, brunch venues and wine tasting. We stayed at Oliver’s Cottage and it was fabulous! 4 separate “hotel suites” accessed externally but if you (& your fellow guests), feel like socialising, then you can do that in the shared dining / living room with huge balcony, outdoor setting and BBQ. Ponds, vineyards with resident kangaroos, geese and other Australian wildlife. Highly recommended for a group booking but we were a group of four and loved it. Michelle (manager) was very helpful! Thank you!

“Relaxing farmhouse style villa directly on the winery”
The property is stunning and the views are incredible. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. The pool was in walking distance. We saw lots of kangaroos and birds.

“Unique, beautifully presented but not over the top. Homely, comforting and wholesome. Perfect.”
The remoteness and quietness of it all. The staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful. Each of the villas were so far away from one another, it felt like we were in our own oasis. Loved the whole experience.

“Beautiful accommodation in the Hunter Valley.”
The accommodation, Oliver's cottage was situated in a lovely rural setting and was very peaceful. The bed was so comfortable. The room is not big, however, there is a spacious lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen available to the guests in the four rooms which make up Oliver's Cottage. The restaurant and cellar door is only opened from 11am to 3pm. I had a late lunch and the food was excellent

The property is absolutely beautiful. We stayed at Oliver's Cottage, and enjoyed the nice open common room area. Having wine tasting on-site was a real plus. We also had a nice time relaxing in the pool. The manager was lovely and welcoming.

“Divine sunsets. A special property.”
Loved the ease of the location, our quarters had everything you could need in a short term stay. The addition of the pie warmer and new BBQ was great. Fast WIFI and the views on sunset were sublime.
