No breakfast provided however all the facilities for you to bring your own provided in the kitchen. The room and the view off the verandah were very good. They also provide another area for all guests to use with all the facilities you need including an open log fire which was amazing. Also it is dog friendly.

Lovely views from all rooms and the pool was great to escape the heat. We were upgraded (thank you Ian!), so we had a full kitchen which definitely made our stay even more pleasant as the location is fairly remote and really needed to drive anywhere to eat out. We loved eating breakfast on the deck in the morning and then coming back to watch the sun go down with wine & nibblies in the evening. Air conditioning in every room was awesome and definitely needed for a hot February stay.

Perfect location for what we needed and room as described. The communal kitchen/entertaining area was very good.

We loved the room! The finishes were really nice and suitable for a pet. Large area for our dog to run around and she loved to look out at the lake.
