The Molly Morgan Vineyard has a wonderful landscape and is part of a gorgeous location. It's a little out of the way from the usual itineraries of the Wine Country (where many touristy things are located), but it's ideal for people who actually seek peace and quiet. That said, places like Pokolbin (with its shopping village and many places to eat and taste wine) and the Hunter Valley Gardens (and shopping village) are a mere 15 minutes drive away from it. What mattered for my wife and me is, however, the beauty of the property and the absolute quietness of the place, the cleanliness of the villa, which is a modern building equipped with everything you need, and the immediate vicinity of ponds packed with lotus flowers and various bird species, as well as the morning and evening visits of kangaroos. The sunsets over the mountains are amazing, and stargazers can take advantage of an ink-black sky that gives you the opportunity to see what no urban dwellers can... On top of all this, the owners are very friendly and generous with their guests. They surprised us with a gift: We found a bottle of their finest wine in the spotless kitchen, and we had a wine-tasting session with them during which we talked about common interests. Highly recommended!
