The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, arranging a reservation at a local restaurant for us. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and sitting in the conservatory looking out into the garden made for a perfect start to the day. We hadn’t planned to spend much time in the Champagne region on this trip, but if we do in the future we will certainly look to see if Nuit Champenoise Tout Confort is available.

A very friendly welcome from our hosts, who explained all we needed to know for our stay. An evening meal, with wine and breakfast was provided (at extra cost), which was extremely well presented and was delicious. We wished we could have stayed longer, but will definitely stop off again if we are passing through that part of France.

I simply liked everything in this accommodation. The owners welcome you and they even cooked a delicious evening meal for me. Whenever I will be nearby I will return there!

Extraordinary friendly hosts! We got a dinner cooked by Lady Laurence...very delicious! The Apartment wasn't far away from the main roads, nonetheless it is a very quiet place. We had a lovely spacious room upstairs and a private bathroom. In the morning we enjoyed a mainly sweet breakfast with bread, croissants and crepes....and good coffee.

A beautiful and tranquil place to stay. The house itself is gorgeous. One of the nicest places you can imagine. David and his wife have been here for many years and looked after this place immaculately. The view over the back garden in the morning, with the dew over the grass is so lovely to see. Hopefully I will be back again soon.

The hosts are extremely welcoming and pleasant, making you feel at home instantly. I was offered refreshments on the terrace as I arrived, which was most appreciated after a long motorcycle trip. They adapt to your desires, leaving you alone if you wish, or joining you for a conversation should you prefer that. It is possible to enjoy dinner prepared by Laurence, who will delight your eyes and palate with homemade dishes and cheeses. And the breakfast is also very tasty and can be adapted to your preferences. A very warm atmosphere which I fully recommend to anyone who is lucky enough to stumble upon the opportunity to find a free option here!

Everything was excellent. The hosts were extremely hospitable and friendly, and it was a pleasure to stay with them and their family in their lovely home. The dinner was exceptional as was the breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. Overall excellent experience and very good value.

Laurence gave us a warm welcome in their home and cooked a very delicious vegetarian dinner! The room was very nice and the bathroom was gorgeous. Only 12 km from Lac du Der, the town was also very nice.

If I could I would give this accomodation 11 out of 10. We had the most attentive hostess and host and it felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The room and bathroom were the cleanest that we have seen in many years of travel. The view, the town, the garden everything just ticks the boxes.
