Location excellent for the centre of Louviers. Clisecto bus stop for Rouen and Val de Reuil (nearest train station). Decor was lovely. Good kettle. Coffee machine. Bottle of water in fridge

Close to the city center, easy parking, reactive and friendly host. Newly renovated rooms - the host was very quick to provide a few small items that were missing (extra dish towel, adjusting the heating).

Superb location in the centre of town. Near all the shops and the beautiful old church. Plenty of space in each room. Good kitchen (once you eventually work out how to use all the appliances). Very good wifi. Nice clean apartment. Warm duvet. Excellent shower. Don’t be put off by the run down exterior. It’s a totally different feeling inside.

“Not a place we would recomend.”
The location. The appartment is on a main crossroad next to a busy roundabout. A lot of noise from the traffic. No curtains in the windows which meant that the street lights plus Peugeot Car Dealer lights were shining in all night long. The heating went off at 22.00 pm and came back at 8m am so quite cold in the apartment. The heating in the bathroom not working. We couldnt take a shower.
