“Most amazing holiday!”

All in all a great experience at staying at Villa Loukas! Very friendly owners, they also own a gyros and a beach bar with sunbeds that is located on the beach right in front of the apartment which is very convenient! The sea view from the apartments terrace is beautiful. Room is pretty big as well as the terrace. The location is amazing because it is in the center of the beach, and all of the restaurants and markets are in the circle of 50m. Everything was perfect!

It is a very nice place to stay right on the beach of Loutsa. It is a family business and as a typical greek hospitality- they are very friendly and welcoming. They have their on souvlaki restaurant as well as sun-beds right in the front of the house which are complimentary. It is definitely worth value for the money.

“A pleasant short stay”

The property was very close to the beach which had a lot of sun beds (free if you purchased something to drink or eat). The room itself was spacious and fairly clean with all the necessary kitchen utensils, fridge and hob. Lucas and Eva (who I presumed run the place) were very polite and helpful.

I like the location and hospitality of Luka and Eva. Clean sheets are provided every 3 days, and the view is very nice. They also have free sunbeds on the beach in front of the Villa.

“Excellent Location in front of the beach”

We stayed at Villa Loukas for 4 nights in early July. The location is excellent as the accommodation is right in front of the beach. The hosts, Eva and Fotis, were very friendly and accommodating. There has been a good effort at renovation, but unfortunately, there are some basic shortcomings in my opinion, such as no extra hooks for towels in the bathroom, no hairdryer, and not enough electrical outlets in the room (there was only one). On the positive side, the room has mosquito net on the balcony doors (unfortunately not on the bathroom window). There is a clothes drying rack to hang your towels. The bed is quite comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space, so you don't have everything exposed. In the room, the small fridge was broken, and they had placed an extra fridge in front of the old one, which further reduced the space (we were already in the smallest room they have). The air condition was somewhat old, but from what I saw in the room of our friends who were with us, theirs was newer. Overall, we could say that for high season and for 83 euros per night for a room by the sea, the room is value for money.

The sea is in front of the Villa, so you shall just across the street and you will be on the beautiful sandy beach for 1 minute walk 😊 The owners of the Villa Loukas are also owners of the Restaurant O-Gyros and they have their own sun-beds on the beach and tasty food prepared by them. This place is centrally located and has got everything that we needed, i.e. the Villa is located on 15 meters from the mini market, fast foods, restaurants etc. The room was very nice and clean and had a nice balcony with sea view, where you can relax and enjoy watching the sunset every day. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and available entire day whenever you need anything. Me and my husband have enjoyed in every minute there, so we fully recommend the Villa Loukas for your stay in Vrachos.

The room was nice and very clean. It had everything one could need on vacation. Villa has a parking lot and located 15 meters from beautiful beach, fast foods, restaurants, market etc. Our room also had a nice balcony with sea view where you can relax at mornings and night listening to waves, like you're at the beach itself. Owners are very friendly, helpful and available entire day whenever you need anything. Full recommendation. If and when we come back to Vrachos, we will spare our time looking for other Villas as this one fulfilled our expectations completely.

Very nice location, next to the sea. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and we had a great communication. The view and sunsets were spectacular.

“Tye best place in Loutsa Beach”

The owner and all the people working in the property were extremely nice. Fron the moment we arrived till the very last day they were welcoming and felt like a family. The apartment is extremely clean and they changed regularly sheets and cleaned also regularly our room. Everything is nicely decorated and new. The best part is the beach, just across the street with their own sunbeds and tasty food prepared by them. This place is centrally located and has got everything that we needed. Could not ask for more. Do not search the other places as this is exceptional 👌

The host was very polite and responded immediately to our messages. The location of the property is superb. It is right infront of the beach with lots of mini markets, restaurants and cafes all around it!

ok apartment, clean, across the street from the beach in the center of town. I saw the owner when I arrived and that's all. The vacation went great.

I just wanna say all the best for the staff in Villa Loukas. I stayed with my wife and my 2 year old kid in front,the view from the apartment was awesome. It was very clean and in 8 nights we got 3 times new bedspreads and cleaning all apartment. TV is working perfectly. We ate in "O gyros" where the owners from Villa Loukas work and they were too kind with us, the baby was so happy with them and every day they gave us either drink for free or ice cream. To everyone who gave here a negative review i totally disagree.
