Overview
Set in a large palm-tree garden, 150 metres from Kanoni Beach, Heliatoras offers traditionally furnished studios with views over the garden or the Aegean Sea. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The air-conditioned Heliatoras Studios feature stone-paved floors and open out to a furnished balcony. They include a kitchenette with mini fridge, cooking rings and coffee maker, and they are equipped with a TV. Each unit has an en-suite bathroom with hairdryer. At 150 metres, you can visit the archaeological site of Thermis, while the local thermal springs can be reached at 700 metres. The monastery of Agios Rafail is 2 km away. The port of Mytilene is at 10 km and Lesvos Airport is at 17 km. Free private, on-site parking is provided.

“Good value for money, but some aspects need improvement.”
The location was not bad, about a 15-minute drive from the center. The room was generally clean and the price–value ratio was satisfactory. It can be a good option for those looking for a quiet and peaceful environment.

“Would definitely stay here again”
We stayed here for 2 nights. Yoda was so nice and extremely helpful. She made such great recommendations. She was kind enough to let us pick lemons from the beautiful tree in the garden before we left. Our room was room no 1 on the ground floor. It had a small kitchen with a small stove and fridge. We didn’t cook so didn’t really mind how small it was but the fridge was very convenient. It even had a small freezer. Bathroom was clean. Shampoo and showergel were provided. The only negative comment I’d make is that the shower is very very small. But for 2 nights we managed. Our bed was pretty comfortable. There was AC and a small balcony with a table and chairs. Wish there were mosquito screens, at least at the windows. Luckily it was windy during our stay so there were none in our room. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the studio and the restaurants were nice as well with good food and good service. I wouldn’t say the same for the sea though. The sea in the south and west of the island’s far better. Overall, we’d definitely suggest this place and look forward to staying here again and thank Yoda once again for her hospitality.

The heavy smell of mold in combination with mosquitoes, due to the lack of nets on the windows, makes the stay unpleasant
