This is one of those rare hidden gems you almost want to keep a secret so it stays exactly as it is. The location is unbeatable—the rooms are practically on the beach, and dining while looking out at the sea is pure luxury. The heart of this place is the owner, who is incredibly kind, always smiling, and makes a point of remembering every guest by name. His positivity and genuine hospitality make you feel at home instantly. The dining experience is unique; you eat whatever has been freshly prepared that day. While there isn't an à la carte menu like in a typical restaurant—which might be a small adjustment for some—the food is delicious and authentic. Yes, the service is leisurely and you might wait a bit for your meal, but in such a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere, no one seems to mind. It’s all part of the charm. If you are looking for a place to truly unwind and feel welcomed, this is it.

“A beautiful spot but keep an eye on food costs”

The taverna is situated in an idyllic spot away from almost all other accommodation (not sure what is in the other building nearby in summer), on the sea, with a delightful restaurant right by the water. The goats are kept out so there are wild flowers all around in spring. It is on the E4 and easy to access the Aradena Gorge - for those who don't mind scrambling. The owner/manager, Pavlos, is delightful and extremely friendly.

The most wonderful spot with the most charming host Pavlos. Simple rooms with a sound of the sea and a great taverna attached. Came for one night and stayed many more,

Great location to explore nearby gorges and beaches near Loutro. Pavlos was a very friendly helpful and attentive host, and even helped us with a flat tire. The food in taverna was good.

“A Hidden Paradise of Peace and Relaxation”

The location is simply breathtaking – a small traditional Greek taverna set in a quiet, spectacular bay. The views from the terrace, directly overlooking the sea, or while enjoying breakfast or dinner by the water, felt almost surreal. It is something incredibly rare to find nowadays, especially in the midst of mass tourism. Even though we visited in peak August, the atmosphere remained peaceful and authentic, waking up with nothing but the sound and scent of the sea, in absolute silence and relaxation. Loutro, the main village, is literally just around the corner, easily reachable in minutes with the very convenient taxi-boat service. That’s why I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Loutro: you can enjoy its charm during the day, but retreat to the tranquility of this bay afterwards. Another big advantage is that you can reach the property directly by car and safely leave it in their private parking. This is a huge plus compared to Loutro, which can only be accessed by ferry, meaning you would otherwise need to leave your car at the port.
