A clean and well-lit room that had a very comfortable bed and a balcony with a view towards the port and the sea. The room had a fridge, electric kettle, coffee cups and glasses, the WiFi and the aircon worked well. Easy check-in and check-out and very friendly staff. Great location near the ferry pier and the bus stop, a short distance to the beaches, and the cafes, restaurants and a shop were all around the corner.

Just in front of the sea, facing the small port is perfect as a logistical support for Alonissos and Skiathos islands. The personnel was very kind and available for any request!

Great location, wonderful view (even from the bathroom). The host was nice to us, easy communication. Could hear loud noise from the other room, but they were loud, nothing horrible. There was AC, fridge, hairdryer, glasses, shampoo, soap bar, flowers made from towels, one big comforter. Great restaurants in the area. Beach was also nice. The ferry is 3 minutes far away, that’s another plus.

the host was really nice, the accommodatiom was overall quite clean, they cleaned our rooms every day. this hotel is also right next to very beautiful and clean beach, and we had great view from our balcony on the sea.

“Perfect Peaceful Getaway by the Sea”

Sea View Guest House in Loutraki is an ideal escape if you're looking for peace, simplicity, and beautiful surroundings. The location is quiet and scenic, with the beach and delicious local food just steps away – all without breaking the budget. The accommodation had everything we needed. It was spotlessly cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bedding every three days. The bed was large and very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and we especially loved relaxing on the balcony with a morning coffee or an evening drink. A special thanks to Nicos, who was incredibly kind and accommodating, always making sure everything was just right. Highly recommended for a laid-back and affordable stay by the sea.

Everything. The location is right at the port. The rooms are very clean and well maintained , the staff are brilliant and its located above a taverna but even though there was music playing it could not be heard in the room and there is a KETTLE in the room so bring your tea bags Its a gem of a place

The attitude of the owners was exceptional, always friendly and willing to assist. The [room/amenities] were clean and comfortable.

Perfect location after a long day travelling. Nikos always responded to questions quickly and was a great host. It was also sooo close to a lovely beach for a quick swim.

We were travelling with an early morning ferry . Sea View had an excellent location for this . Only 2 ,minutes walk to the port. It was quiet for the night .

“A simple, value for money and perfectly clean room in the heart of Loutraki”

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was perfectly clean with ongoing maintenance for all the 14 days that we stayed there. The location is quite far from the main town of Skopelos but we already knew that. The room is in the perfect location for Loutraki with all the shops, the port and the beach of loutraki just a short walk (less than a minute) away. The room has a cute small balcony with a great sea view.

Great location, really comfortable bed, lovely staff, fabulous view. Will definitely be back
