“The perfect place in Loutraki! The owner will become a friend for life.”

The location in Loutraki could not have been better. Less than 3 mins walk to the main restaurants, so close to Rhaos, and the little cove at the end of the beach. The actual property was amazing, cool in the hot weather, lovely massive family bathtoom and second toilet upstairs (a must for families). Very large loung/kitchen that Christia stocked for us every day. TV with HDMi and Apple airplay to play our own stuff. Jacuzzi bath that we didn’t use but looked amazing, we were just too hot. But the main thing was the amazing 2 balconies, the one of the main bedroom had views over the harbour and was perfect. The smaller balcony on the other side was perfect when the sun was high at midday as it was in the shade and a great place to sit and eat as a family. I could not recommend the accommodation highly enough, and Christos the owner is obviously a Legend in the town as soon as people knew we were staying at his image we were treated like family everywhere. Amazing.

The owner, Chris, met us at the ferry terminal and transported one of us and all of our luggage to the villa, very kind and most welcome. You could easily walk to the villa from the ferry port in about 5 mins. The villa was clean, and the very friendly owner had generously left us some breakfast provisions, fruit and milk which were refreshed daily. The owner took time to explain how the hot water worked and was more than delighted to answer any questions we had, a very enthusiastic and friendly owner, typical Greek hospitality! Really Chris could not have done more throughout our holiday. We were a family of five, 2 adults and 3 grown up children (adults) and found the accommodation spacious downstairs and comfortable upstairs, however lacking clothes storage in two of the three bedrooms which wasn't a problem to us as we only staying three nights. The beds were all comfortable, one double room, one twin room and one single, the double having an outside terrace with views towards the sea. There were a couple of extra outside seating areas too. Not mentioned in the description was that there are two toilets, one upstairs and one in the downstairs bathroom.

We had a great time with the whole family. Chris is an excellent host. Every day fruit juice, milk, eggs, butter, ham, cheese, coffee and honey awaited us for breakfast. The accommodation was beautifully cleaned every day. A delicious aroma fills the whole apartment. Fits 2 adults and 2 teenagers comfortably. The beach is 2 minutes away, where the beach is free. Close to the shop and many restaurants. Special thanks for taking us to St. John's Church, where we could not have reached otherwise. I can only recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much for your kindness and a lots of help!

Lovely owners and great quiet location

“Made our stay wonderful”

This property was superb. Air-conditioning in 2 of the rooms and the living room . Well equipped kitchen and jacuzzi jets in the bathroom. Lovely views from the balcony and 3 outdoor furniture sets at different spots to enjoy outdoor living. The owner xristos met us at the port and made sure we are well settled and taken care of and gave us recommendations. Honestly the best staff interaction I've had in al the rentals I've been to

We had an amazing stay at Chris's apartment. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. Chris was an excellent host, very hospitable, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. Very clean and cozy property , specious , very close to Loutraki port , everything in a walking distance. Glossa also very close with an amazing view . Mr Chris and Mrs Georgia the nicest people we ever met !! Very helpful and informative in everything !
