Not a five stars hotel anymore .need to be refurbished . it was my 10th stay in this hotel .it used to be perfect 12 years ago .

The welcome from the staff at check in was outstanding, this was a great start. Our room was nice and clean, nice views inland. The breakfast was quite nice. I think the beach-side location would be great in summer, though we were there out of season so weren't able to enjoy it.

You had a lot of activities to do, all included in the price you paid

Perfect quality breakfast with wide variety of food. The room was very clean and comfortable beds and nice view. Also the gym was perfect and beyond my expectations for a hotel .

The live is wonderful. Everybody does what they want.

“Get out of the aeroplane bypass Athens and go straight to loutraki.”

The only thing was. Too attentive at the breakfast tables. The place was beautiful the corridors outside the rooms were too dark for me a lighter tile or carpet. I think it’s not an issue but that lets the rest of the building down. Very nice resort we will be back.

The room was in great condition , clean , spacious . The buffet during breakfast , lunch and dinner was marvellous . A big variety of food and drinks and well cooked.

Excellent location, very helpful and facilitating staff, easy access to the casino, great selection of food at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel has underground free parking and was in easy walk of loutrakia and right on the beach. The swimming pool and breakfast were of a good standard . Main areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. Large bathroom with robes and slippers. Casino was within the hotel and easy to access.

“Bad staff, regular hotel”

I ordered a big room of 45m and get a room of25m... So I payed more to get less and the staff tried to convince me the room of 25 M was 45m.... Come on....

We received excellent treatment - the hotel is worth the money - the hotel management was also very considerate of our unusual request - the hotel has spacious rooms - we were also upgraded to a suite as a surprise - the food at breakfast and dinner is exceptionally good - when we visited the casino, we were greeted with a $25 bonus to play on the slot machines. The many pools, both indoor and outdoor, and for children, are great - and the beach is right next door.

Good, safe, free underground parking. Good breakfast. Excellent wifi. Good pool. Enormous and nice casino. All staff very polite.Walking distance to the restaurants.
