perfect for Santiago walkers or a necessary half way stop on a trip but not a vacation place

THE place is perfect for Santiago Way walkers I think, as its on route and provides solid meals in the evening. But it is on a main road and the traffic whizzed by all night. its an ugly village with nothing to see or do, few places to get food or drink. for us it was near the Playas Catedrais and it was just one night so it was ok. The rooms are pretty and very traditional, clean and nice.

Quirky

As soon as you step inside the front door it is as if you are stepping back in time. The house and rooms are furnished as a museum, although you can see that there has been tremendous attention to detail in how the lighting is configured and other modern touches. The pension is run by the adjoining Albergue. They were able to do a quick turnaround on some laundry which was much needed.

Over-priced for a noisy room in a very small town.

The room was nicely appointed and clean. They offered dinner and breakfast. it was right on the Camino del Norte
