Beautiful villa, exceptionally clean , comfy beds , beautiful views and gardens . Well equipped and perfect location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and not far from beaches - can walk to Lourdas beach but steep walk back . The villa owners were so kind and so helpful too. I can’t recommend this place enough

Villa was great and the hospitality and welcome fantastic. We were able to arrive earlier and leave later which was really kind based on our flight times. The villa was very clean and the pool was amazing. Great local restaurants in walkable distance and SO many different beaches. We had a car which I think is really useful to explore the island. We would happily return. A beautiful island.

Incredible location. So quiet and peaceful - great refuge after a day out. Hariklia is an amazing host. Very hospitable and attentive. Villa is extremely clean comfortable and spacious. And the pool is incredible. We had a car which is essential to explore the island and its treasures. Some very good tavernas near by in walking distance and also some great quiet beaches.

What a fantastic place. It is a lovely, clean villa, ideal for couples or families. The privacy in particular was great, your own oasis to chill out and wind down in this special town. The host was amazing, friendly, and really helpful if we had a question. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The privacy of the location was just what we were looking for. It is such a peaceful place and we were able to switch off, relax and enjoy the beautiful private pool.

The Villa was simply outstanding. It was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and very quiet. Haraklia had kindly left us a delightful range of food and drinks to get us started and it was such a welcome delight. I would highly recommend the Villa and will certainly return.

A few months ago I was scrolling through booking.com trying to find the perfect villa for our family holiday in Kefalonia for my wife and our 2 girls. I was searching for something that met some pretty tight criteria. I wanted something that was rated exceptional, somewhere we could escape to an oasis of calm in a beautiful house, with a wonderful pool that we could hideaway from the world. Where, like the photos, we could wake up with the mountain behind us, overlooking the sea (with Zante in the distance). Where we could walk 5-10 mins to a great breakfast restaurant (Muses), or to the local small supermarkets in the other direction. Where we could drive down the hill to the taverna's by the sea and have wonderful evening. So we took a chance and booked for 12 nights. We collected a car at the airport and 25 minutes later we arrived at the villa. Trying to put into words how perfect this property is with its magical host, Hariklia, makes you not want to write a review… because you don’t want to tell anybody else how good it is. The best compliment I can pay is that it is one of those properties that is as good as it looks, and that if you ever needed to ‘get away’ and needed to know it was going to be good, you would jump on a plane and come (back) here. I hope I can book again, now I have told everyone reading this that we had ‘exceptional’ holiday staying here. Thank you Hariklia for making it so great, and for your kindness and generosity.

“Super villa with amazing pool for a chilled family holiday.”

We loved our stay at Thelxis villa. The pool was amazing, layout of the villa, privacy, walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean and well decorated throughout, lovely towels and linen. Everything you needed. Our family loved the table tennis and water volleyballs.
