Very spacious and comfortable apartment, nice outside spaces with shade or sun as preferred. Sea view across to Xanthios. Beach with several tavernas and sensibly priced loungers a short (steep!) walk away, a few bars on the way to pause at when needed. Mini mart 100m away. Dionysos Taverna across the road with friendly staff and great food. Local buses to Argostoli, Katelios, Skala or Poros if you don't have a car. Marina and Maria were super helpful with lifts when needed and any other assistance. Just super.

“Lovely studios with quality modern decor and good facilities in a good location”

Lovely quality studio with great modern decor and with very good facilities. The bed was big and very comfortable, the kitchenette was good quality with an excellent big 'fridge freezer. The bathroom was great, quality modern fixtures with a lovely big shower area with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The aircon was included in the price and worked well, however the outlet pipe started dripping in the bathroom which was annoying, but as soon as we reported it someone came over and fixed it straightaway. We had a safe in the room which was good for valuables and passports. Bins were emptied every day and sheets & towels were changed every 3 days, all linens were of a good quality. Bonna & Kula, the two ladies that cleaned our room, were lovely and kind, they were so cheerful and friendly and we used to have a laugh with them every morning. We had a ground floor studio with a pretty terrace area with outdoor seating and a drying rack, the terrace was surrounded by fruit trees and flowers. There was free parking in front of the property, and the family's excellent taverna 'Dionysus' was just across the road. Great location within walking distance of supermarkets, tavernas and bars (we recommend Astra Cocktail Bar just up the hill which is run by a lovely couple, Maria & Mikey). We also had use of a washing machine at the property and washing liquids were provided. We had a lovely comfortable stay at the studio and would stay there again.

Lots of value for money. Also Maria and her daughter are very nice and flexible - I could stay longer for a very reasonable price (even during high season), for which I’m very grateful. Apartment is fresh, new and spacious. Really enjoyed this stay.

Really excellent value for money. The breakfast is a simple continental breakfast usually Greek Yogurt, Honey, Bread, Marmalade, Coffee and Juice. Ideal for us, even if the coffee and juice were weak!!!

The hotel apartments are run by a mother and daughter team. The facilities they stocked their kitchenette with were so well thought out. I was quite impressd. The design and comfort of the room was very good. Maria and Marina are lovely hosts. Across the street is the family restaurant called Dionysos Tavern, where breakfast is served (if one has booked this). A sweet courtyard filled with happy and healthy plants. My breakfast was good and plentiful with variety as well. I lacked for nothing and would gladly return any time. Lourdata is a sweet village in the southern part of the island with a laid back, beachy vibe. Thank you Maria, thank you Marina.

“Amazing”

Very beautiful place! The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable and we had a big balcony. We had an amazing stay, thank you!! The restaurant is also very good and the staff is lovely.

The apartment was small but lovely & modern inside with a fabulous shower! The bed was the most comfortable we have ever stayed in anywhere else we have stayed in Kefalonia. When my husband was taken ill Marina & the staff were all amazing & when our flight home was cancelled they let us keep the room for 3 more days. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean & towels & sheets were changed regularly. The place was lovely.

Breakfast was lovely and it was a lovely way to start the day. Marina and her team couldn't do enough for us. She remembered I didn't eat meat and adapted options, accordingly. The portions were very generous. In general, Marina was so kind and helped us to hire a care when all other companies were fully booked. She booked us a taxi for our arrival and everything about her and her family made us felt looked after.
