Home from home! Very specious house. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, nice view for the sea from one side,mountains from another. Enough space for parking just beside the house. Smart tv,though internet speed a bit slow, not all apps will work properly, but it's not fault of the owner as it seems to be the same all around Greece. The owner and the cleaning lady are just awesome people. Would do just everything for you. Greeting with lots of extras, fresh traditional greek buns from local bakery are just delicious! A huge thank you!!! Costas is the super host! Though he wasn't present himself, he always made sure everything was right to keep his guests happy! The village main street is just around the corner, where you can find local grocery shops, car rental and lots of restaurants and cafes. If any time thinking of coming back to Kefalonia this house will be first in mind.

Great location and hosts. Costas was always available and more helpful than we could’ve hoped for. The apartment was well equipped for anyone planning on cooking or using the outdoor grill.

The house was perfect! Everything you need, super clean and comfortable. Hosts are excellent, always there to help. I would recommend 100% to stay at this please, thank you very much we couldn't wish for more

Our stay at Ionnanis House was VERY pleasant, the house very very clean, a very large and VERY WELL-equipped kitchen, all appliances (incl airconditioning, wifi, hot water, tv, etc) worked perfect, terrace with beautiful view on sea and Zakynthos Island. And above all ... very friendly and pleasant hosts : Costas, a SPLENDID host, someone you may ask anything to, speaks very very good english and knows every corner of Kefalonia (and Lesbos !). He was always happy to give us advice, again and again ! And of course ... our talks, we will always remember !! Efcharisto Costas ! Efcharisto Heleni ! Location is perfect: 15min walk from the beach, nice restaurants nearby, stunning view from the balcony, supermarket and bus station next to thr house The host Costas is awesome. He cooked us different greek food and made us also pizza and special cake. He gives everything that you have a good time there - this was a awesome experience which we all really enjoyed and made our holiday unforgetable!

Above all Costas the owner exceeds every expectation, he helps you in everything, he knows every place and every night he sends the places you might visit.
