Overview
Folies is located 500 metres away from Lourdas Beach amidst lush olive groves. It offers spacious accommodation with views over the Ionian Sea and it is only 50 metres away from a super market, bars and restaurants. Folies units are bright and air conditioned opening out to a private balcony. They come with a kitchenette with mini oven, electric kettle and mini fridge, as well as a TV. The port of Sami is 35 km away from Folies, while the seaside village of Poros is at 20 km. Kefalonia Airport is at 10 km. Free parking is available near the premises.

“Exceeded our expectations in every aspect.”
The view was spectacular. Our host was charming. Lots of little touches (soaps, washing up liquid etc) added to the convenience. Did I mention how charming our host was ?

“A dream to wake up to”
Beautiful place to stay in! To wake up every morning with this view and having a breakfast listening to the sound of the sea, it felt magical. Very quiet place in the best way possible. The room was clean and comfy. It had everything you need, feom sun umbrella to the kitchen items. And the owner had the kindest heart ♡ I will miss this place. Thank you very much Georgia.

“Glad I had to stay there for 4 days only and no longer”
The location - very difficult to get to, the bathroom-when you shower water gets everywhere, cleanliness - it could do for the bathroom to be cleaned better, limescale everywhere, such an impression that between clients it gets clean very superficially, the outdoor area - not tidy, not really pleasant to spend time outside.

“Comfortable stay in a good location with beautiful scenery”
The location is perfect to explore Kefalonia, local beaches of Kanali and Trapezaki with clear waters and beautiful views are stunning. The villa has amazing sea views, clean, air conditioned and with all amenities including, the balconies are spacious, supermarkets are close by as well as tavernas and restaurants with local food to enjoy. Georgia was very accommodating, gave us advice on places to visit, kept the apartment spotless and responded promptly every time. Thank you!

Folies Apartments has an unique location with stunning views, our apartment with two bedrooms was very spacious, clean and we found everything we needed for a pleasent stay. There are numerous restaurant options by walking distance. The owner is extremely kind and always ready to help. I really recommend this place to everyone who want to have a wonderful stay in Lourdata - Kefalonia.

Great location with a stunning view. Each studio has a portion of terrace to use privately, perfect for relaxing at sunset or enjoying breakfast. Lourdata is a convenient location, very close to some of the most popular sandy beaches and around 30 mins drive from Argostoli. The studios are clean, air conditioning is available and Georgia is very nice. Overall a very good value for money!

“Wonderful blue jewel: a unique stay!”
Spectacular views from an amazing location. A trip to Kefalonia would be worth just to stay here! The rooms are nice and basic, cosy and colourful, they have a nice touch! Everything is comfortable. The views are unbelievable: turquoise waters and Zakynthos in the distance. This place has a special soul, same as its owner, sweet Giorgia, so nice, kind and helpful. She wants to make every guest happy, chatting with her was so much fun. Besides that, the location is great, near the beach and lots of good restaurants. You can get there by bus, taking the Poros-Argostoli line and telling the bus driver to stop at Simotáta. But of course it's much better if you have your own transportation. I will come back for sure. Grazie mille Giorgia, a presto!

“Perfect and the best sea view!”
Perfect host and very good location on the island. Easy to reach, enough parking availability, peaceful atmosphere. Everything is great, clean and good value for the price. Huge balcony with SEA view! Definitely a no brainer spotless views, Kitchen easygoing with all you need We liked the peaceful surroundings, the quiet neighborhood, the view of the ocean the most.
