“Terrible dirty apartment”

Nothing, this apartment was filthy on arrival, previous guests food scraps in plug hole, filthy frying pan, shower/ bath, dirty, cups dirty, bin dirty, floors where filthy, dangerous wires and loose hanging wires from light fitting in bedroom, loose stairs step, door at balcony rail jammed, window blind in bedroom stuck and windows don't open, microwave not working, bathroom sink was totally blocked and not draining, the list goes on, we where unable to wash ourselves in the bathroom, clearly this apartment was not cleaned prior to our arrival and although in our bill was 50 euros cleaning fee, I contacted the owner to help with cooker and microwave, she did with cooker but was angry and not taking any real responsibility for what was a dreadful experience, she did at 6pm state she could send cleaners, I declined as we wanted to go out and didn't want strangers in among our stuff, I feel it should have been cleaned first time. I've reported to booking. Com, but have been informed that the owner is unresponsive.

Location was good, not too close to the grotto but not too far either. Had good expresso coffee and welcome chocolates. Cute little apartmrnt had Nintendo wii for the kids

The accomodation needs more maintenance work

The lady was really kind, we arrived at late night she helped us in buying our personal items in the nearby supermarket. Really welcoming and said to contact her in case of any thing needed. The apartment was lovely, comfortable very clean lots of equipment with some of shoppings already at disposal. Parking place available, bin keys, Internet and very peaceful.
