“HORRIBLE: I don't recommend it to anyone.”
It was a horrible experience. They charged me for No Show when the booking policy says they refund 50%. Today, after two months of complaining, they still haven't returned my money.

Our kitchen was poorly equipped, kettle not working. Bathroom with shower leaking and no soap and toilet rolls. Bare essentials. Mouldy beds. Disappointed ☹️

Great Location. we are happied by the view of Our Lady of Lourdes and Sanctuary from the window of living room. Just10 mins walk to the Basilica. Even to walk back(up to the hill) from the Basilica quite hard, but compare to the view, we do love it.

“Fantastic home”
The apartment was a 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious with stunning views over the mountains and Sanctuary Court. We had a lovely stay, with almost everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. I was impressed to find a high chair and a cot for my baby, even though I never asked for. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone who wants to come to Lourdes. If you need the comfort of a home, it was definitely better than some hotels in the area.
