The place was well decorated and welcoming. It is considered very clean according to French standard. Owner asked if I would like extra linen and towels for an additional charge of €15. Though it is the 1st time I pay extra for linen n towels. I think it's reasonable. She set up the sofa bed beautifully and the towels n linen were clean. Her place is well isolated and warm as I was there during the coldest period. It is about 10min walk to the sanctuary. The place is in a quiet corner up a short hill, with free parking behind. I appreciate the washer and dryer available for use. The bathroom and toilet is separated. The owner is also very responsive and friendly. Even though I message her late, she still responded and recommended a really good restaurant. D'angelus. Must try their pizza 🍕 😋

“We requested a refund and did not stay at this booking. The sheets were visibly soiled upon arrival”
Sheets were soiled and had not been cleaned. Bathroom rugs were also not clean upon arrival. This made us question if the unit itself is properly cleaned between guests. We feel booking.com should not allow this listing for future travelers.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts have kept the property in such great condition. They have thought of everything someone staying could need. They even had a little section of recommended spots to eat which we loved. They were available to chat and are very kind. We would recommend this accommodation with hesitation and if we are in Lourdes again we will without a doubt book an extended stay here. Very homely and very easy to reach. 😄

The owners had thought of every possible detail of what you would need. It was extremely spacious, very comfortable, spotless clean. Had a washing machine and a dryer also a drying rail and detergents. The list is actually endless of what was available.
