Location in the walled city and cathedral really nice. Breakfast content good but some confusion on weekend breakfast times as many people staying at the hotel were attending the same event with tight, early allocated start times. Staff very reluctant to serve up any earlier for us even though they had everything in place. I think they were enjoying their own coffee and catch up with other staff to go the extra mile. Took some time to persuade them to bring out the meats, breads etc and turn the coffee machine on!

The hotel provided portable crib for a baby, also comply with the room request we chosed in reservation. The room was big enough, there was refrigerator. The hotel is older and the sofa had crackers, but the room was clean and I liked it. We had a view to the courtyard so it was quiet at night (exept radiator). The hotel doesn't have an elevator. There have been only few options for breakfast but it was enough, there is nice coffee machine. Cleaning lady was there to provide additional needs like towel or toiletpapper.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights in the old part of Louny as it was near to the wedding venue where we were heading after a few days in Prague and also close to Caffe Moak where we all met the night before the wedding. The guy checking us in was very friendly, our room/bathroom was fine, clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty of choice and it was very enjoyable with plenty of time if you wanted to sleep in (more about that later!). We ate and drank in the bar/restaurant. Beer and food were very tasty and good value for money. We even had a tour of the old church and bell tower which is right opposite the hotel. Quite a climb but a great view of the town from the top of the tower. We even got to hear the bells at full volume first thing on Sunday morning!! No sleep in for us after the wedding. Everybody we encountered was very friendly and we had a great time. If we ever return to Louny, we would definitely consider staying here again.

“Brilliant place to stay whilst touring that part of Czech”

Location, Location, Location. old established hotel in old town inside fortified walls. Has its own private car park and close to alternative bars and restaurants. giving a choice though the Hotel's restaurant was great.

Lovely setting and great food. Stayed with a group visiting the WSB in Most and the owner of the hotel was so helpful and went out of his way to sorting taxes and other places to visit. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is in an old building, but renewed and newly furnitured. It's location is great, in the hart of the downtown. Restaurants are close, and the hotel has an own one. They provide closed parking place.

Localisation is great - in the center of Louny. Everywhere close. Room was comfortable and clean. Nothing to complain about :)

The room itself was spacious and the décor was lovely. Comfortable bed. The location was central to the town.

They ensured to give us the room with the biggest bed as I asked for a long bed. Extremely comfortable room and kind staff!!
