Overview
Looking out over Louny’s cobbled central square, Caramell is characterized by sleek, modern interior furnishings. The property has an à-la-carte restaurant and bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A satellite TV and views of the central square and Ohre River can be enjoyed in every room. Parquet flooring and exposed stone walls are further features. Caramell’s spacious dining area has large arched floor-to-ceiling windows which provide views of Louny central square. The outdoor dining area and terrace have barbecue facilities. Breakfast can be taken in the room. The terrace has a children’s play area with a playhouse, small sandpit and seesaw. The roof-top terrace has lots of seating area. St. Nicholas Church can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The Open-Air Museum of Archeology in Brezno is a 10-minute drive away.

“I would come back here again, if for nothing else then for the view from the window”
The Hotel is at a very nice location at the main square. I had a room on the opposite inner side , so it was quiet and it had the most beautiful view of the Central Bohemian Highlands. Actually it was the best view I ever had in any stay on Booking ( this was the top floor mind you ) . Breakfast did not had a huge selection, but it was still ok.

“Great, just make sure you have breakfast to save a berating phone call to your room. ;)”
Absolutely loved the size of the single room and the landscape view of the hills every morning. The elevator was perfect as I was on the top floor and had heavy bags, this is such a rarity to find in rural Czech Republic nowadays. Bed was very comfortable and closet size was sufficient to hang and store items. Mini fridge was a nice bonus as well.
