Very old building full of character and charm, owners very welcoming, breakfast was excellent. Set in grounds, nice area within walking distance of local pubs, shops and beach. Owners are knowledgeable of the area and best places to eat.

“Special stay in Lossiemouth”
The house has got so much history, the room so tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The private huge bathroom was a nice surprise. Alison and Hugh were very welcoming, helpful and considerate. We absolutely loved the breakfast. They also stated useful information about the area.

Warm welcome. Alison and Hugh organised dinner at Lossiemouth House for us. Hugh is a chef and I highly recommend eating in rather than going out to one of the pubs: the food was delicious!

“What a lovely find.”
Everything was excellent. Lovely hosts. Lots of extra touches, like homemade shortbread. The breakfast was exceptional with homemade jam, granola and even butter. We loved the porridge 😋 and the cooked breakfast. Our room number 5 was extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. Good off road parking on site. Hosts very helpful re local area.

“Fabulous!!!”
Absolutely EVERYTHING. Lossiemouth House is quite simply STUNNING. It is set in what I can only describe as a quaint village with beautiful scenery and exceedingly kind people - everywhere you go. The hosts at Lossiemouth House, Alison & Hugh are very welcoming and engaging - so much so that we now class them as friends. As a couple we cannot wait to stay again 🥰
