Excellent and generous/unlimited buffet breakfast. Pool was great. Kitchenette adequate, but only single job. Good balcony views. Buffet dinner and wine for 15 euros vey generous and varied. 3* hotel, no airs ad graces. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

Great Pool, comprehensive programme of trips. Car parking straightforward. Excellent value for money, but it is away from the centre of Puerto.

“Older hotel, good enough for a stay”

We really enjoyed the view (mountain view from 12th floor). We even got to see the Fuegos de Mayo directly from our balcony. The housekeeping does an amazing job, everything is clean and tidy.

Lovely place, nice breakfast.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. Not too far from south for the main tourist areas.

The only thing I liked was the churros, which were enjoyable.

“You get what you pay for”

The check-in was quick and easy, the included breakfast had a good selection, the room was pretty big and even came with a balcony and a kitchen. The price wasn’t expensive but the hotel was a little dated, you get what you pay for. The staff were always friendly.

The hotel looks better in the photos than it does in real life. The building itself has clearly seen better days and feels a bit outdated. However, the staff are simply wonderful - the receptionists are very friendly, the room was cleaned every day, and the towels were replaced regularly. On our last day they even made a towel figure and wished us a good trip, which was very sweet. We booked breakfast and dinner at the hotel. I had read many reviews beforehand, and the opinions were very different. Now it’s my turn to say: it was wow! The dishes changed every day - there was chicken, beef/pork, fish, seafood, various pastries and desserts, and unlimited wine! There was always something to eat, and one evening they even had an Italian-themed dinner. The only thing I noticed was that many of the dishes were quite fatty. The staff in the dining room was simply 10/10. They cleared empty plates almost immediately, everything was always clean and tidy, and any food that ran out was quickly replaced.

Unfortunately, upon arrival at the hotel, we were not satisfied with the quality of the accommodation. The room does not meet the expected standards in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall quality of beds and furniture. In particular, we would like to highlight the very poor sound insulation, which makes it practically impossible to rest properly, as well as the privacy from the balcony of the rooms and also some strange odor of old wooden furniture in the rooms, we changed room and the odor was the same, and when we got into the room, in the bathroom we found hair in the sink

Large, spacious room, cleaned daily. Access to kitchen utilities. The food was decent.

I thought the variety at Breakfast was very good. The swimming pool is a good size and there were plenty of sunbeds when we went. It isn't to far to go to the shops/eating places although there aren't many choices. The bar was nice to have a drink during the day as you could sit inside or outside.

The breakfast and dinner was delicious.

Good location. Nice to have parking within the hotel (although small spaces and not loads available) and good value for the price we paid. Close to Lidl and trails to walk. Table tennis table and pool outside were nice facilities to have Helpful reception staff Mountains were a great backdrop
