The place is a bit tired, the toilet was broken and there wasn’t any toiletries we had to ask.

NO HOT WATER, NO TV & MISSING TOWELS 6 PM The manager told my husband that the hot water hasn't worked for a week, that no one has complained, and a new system will be getting installed soon. 8 PM The manager started to tell me that there is a problem with hot water in Los mochis, then stopped as he seemed to realized that was a bad lie, then he told me that he had installed a whole new hot water system in under 2 hours?!! And I would have hot water in an hour?!! Then magically we had at warm water?! Obviously he keeps the hot water turned off until someone complains!!! Also, the TV box stopped working,, they sent a guy who worked on it for 20 minutes but it still didn't work! Also I had to call to ask for missing shower mat and hand towels, and they brought 2 shower mats. The Balderrama group projects high quality hotels, but that is definitely NOT what we got! In all of our years of traveling, I have never even had to make a formal complaint...but then I have never had this happen before! I think that we should receive a full refund of our stay...the manager never responded to my message, and I have sent a message to the Balderrama Group!
