“Un lugar para repetir”
If you are looking for comfort, privacy, a priceless view, international quality food and the most personalized attention you can find, your place to stay as a couple or with family and friends is here at El Sol. We visited in the month of May 2022 by chance and we feel such a good vibe from Mike, the owner, that we do not hesitate to return in November 2022. An incredible experience in terms of the varied gastronomy that Mike offers us. The talent and passion for quality cuisine and the complacency of its diners, incredible sensations. Thank you Mike, Karina and Matty for an unforgettable stay and we will definitely be back.

“El Sol the Gourmet Heaven of Panama - Michelin Kitchen of Panama”
It was an amazing experience. From A to Z everything was perfect. Mike and his staff are wonderful and very welcoming. I really liked the talks in the morning and evening with Mike. U can talk about every topic and Mike has a wide knowledge. The most amazing thing about El Sol is that Mike is an absolute master in the kitchen, he loves cooking and has a very wide variety of meals. He cooks them in a Michelin level without having a Michelin Star. So give it a chance and stay there for few nights. We enjoyed it alot and say thank you very much everyone ❤️

The view is magnificent! The food was an absolute 10!!! Healthy, organic garden grown veggies and spices! A prefect place for any traveler!

“Fabuleux!!!!”
Absolutely amazing place! The view will take your breath away. One of the only hotels located in Morillo, right on top of the surf spot! Rooms are basic but clean and well equipped. And the food, what can i say… just the food should make you wan’t to discover this place , from France to china through thailand, Mike will take you on an absolutely amazing culinary trip! And do have the chocolate cream, i still dream about it. Thanks to mike and mathilda for their welcome! Fully recommend this place!!
