The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The young man on the reception was brilliant and extremely helpful. The lady. In the bar area was brilliant she was very helpful with a problem I had. Also the small lady with glasses who cleaned my room was relly nice. My room was spotless. Thank you for making my sray enjoyable at the hotel

The property was easy to find but not in a particularly pretty area. The interior was lovely almost like an old Parador. Staff very friendly and helpful.

“This place need total renovation, and definlity didn't deserve status of a 4 start hotel.”
The room, the floor of the room, the old glued-padded bath. Looks like all the rooms need a deep renovation. Breakfast wthout fresh coffee (in Spain?), just instant coffee. No cattle in the room or water for welcome.

“Stayed overnight for a wedding close by. Parking was safe and pre-ordered taxis all in time.”
Location was better than expected having a refinery close by but was hidden from sight and no strange smells during my stay.
