“Good location, reasonably priced, nice staff.”
Room was a bit dated but clean and functional. Compared to some other similar hotels I stayed, I was happy with USC hotel. Breakfast had good selections, offered hot food options which was nice. My family was very pleasant with this. I didn't use the swimming pool but it looked clean and nice, there were other families hanging out as well.

“Comfortable, clean, with a nice vintage touch”
This was a comfortable and clean hotel with lots of space and pretty much all the services you could ask for. I was particularly pleased with the Eames Lounge Chair which added a great vintage touch and found the mattress comfortable.

Great hotel! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and convenient location. Check-in was quick, everything was as described. We were very happy with our stay, would happily stay here again.

I liked the energy of the area, the cleanliness, the facilities and the proximity to restaurants and places of interest, how friendly and friendly they are with pets. “If visiting USC in non-peak times, it is a good deal.”
Food and Drinks are very expensive. The snack counter near the reception is very expensive. The billing and receipts of payment is not clear to my satisfaction. I had paid a deposit, but there is no mention of refund due to me - just a verbal assurance !!

“Warm experience”
The hotel has everything you need in a hotel and right across USC campus making it the best choice for someone visiting USC. The reception staff were especially very helpful and responsive. They accommodated our requests for adjoining rooms and also let us check in early which was great. Next day different staff at reception was equally accommodating and nice. Breakfast at McKay was very good. Would recommend this hotel as best choice for someone visiting USC.

Very close to USC so it’s good for families visiting kids studying in USC Rooms are quite spacious and 2 twin bed rooms are great for room sharing with family or friends. Wide and spacious car drop off lobby area that’s easily accessible

“Good hotel but no free parking”
Location is good - opposite the Natural History Museum. It's next to USC so it's quiet (not sure if it will be like that when school is open though). No issue with safety as it is next to USC.
