“Nice location.”
Check in was quick and easy. The staff neither friendly nor unpleasant. There was no coffee machine in the room but I requested a kettle and this was brought to the room extremely quickly. The bathroom products were lovely and we were provided with plenty of towels. Great location for ease of commuting.

It’s right across the metro so it’s really convenient to take a metro to downtown. Staff is really nice and had early check in available. $20 credit was good however it would have been even better if could be used for coffee at Alfred. It’s nice to have shampoo, conditional, shower gel and hand wash provided.

“Stylish and convienent.”
This is quite a swanky place. It is ideally located by the Metro (line D), is directly opposite and thus good for easily getting to LACMA, the Car Museum and the Academy of Motion Pictures Museum. The rooms are spotless, local phone calls are included in the tariff, and there is a well equipped gym. I did not use the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and friendly.

“Great stay”
The hotel itself is massive, there is a small coffee shop in the lobby - pretty good coffee and theres plenty space to catch up on work around the lobby area. The rooms are great, plenty storage space. The toilets however are old but clean and fully functional. The shower is a bit awkward and the water seems to seep out, but room service cleans your room everyday. The parking does come at an additional price which is usually more costly than local parking lots. Overall I would give my stay a 7.5/10. The location is great as well, a 7/11 right around the corner, many rent a cars and very good distance to most attractions.
