Arrived to check in and was told my booking had been cancelled as the card I provided on booking.com couldn’t be accepted (I used the same card at another hotel three nights before and it worked fine). My only choice was to rebook on booking.com or with the hotel directly, both of which were almost double the price I originally booked for. I rebooked with the hotel, using the card they tried to tell me didn’t work, and then the couple checking in after me had the same problem, and a woman checking in the next day. Seems like their way of getting more money out of you

“nice big roams and very comfy”

“Located and comfortable”
It was a great experience, the staff is very friendly and the facilities clean and functional. I liked the breakfast and the location is good to get to the center quickly by car but without the noise of the center! I'm definitely going back, thank you

“Terrible”
One room had a very worrying smell to the point where we mentioned to reception that a gas smell waking up with a huge head ache. When mentioning this the hotel manager said possibly carbon monoxide. This is is very worrying I want a full refund on that room.

The breakfast was decent. Location was nice close to Griffith park and downtown. It's more suited for dodgers games but maybe not for tourists looking to roam around los angeles
