Very well located, old but clean, the personnel is very nice, welcoming and helpful. The little court is a real plus.

The walls between the rooms are far to thin. You can hear everything, especially when the neighbors couldn't stop having sex. Beds also to soft and uncomfortable.

“Great place great host loved our stay here”
Lovely little place, kim the host was great! Lovely lady very acomdating and very helpful with info on the area! Very clean room, large bathroom with very powerful shower! 2 minute walk away from food places and shops and 5 minutes from the beach.

Located a close walk from Santa Monica Beach in a safe feeling area. Kim, the hos,t was very pleasant to deal with, We were only staying one night so it provided exactly what we needed. The bathroom was small but had everything we required. Bed was very comfy.

Stayed here for a couple of days whilst on vacation, short walk to Venice Beach and far away to be quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and polite. I'd recommend this hotel.

Kim the host was very professional, with experience and courteous. There is a well kept internal courtyard. The room was quiet and clean. The location is near supermarkets and eateries with a walkable distance from the beach.
