Very very noisy. We could hear every single step made by a couple in the room above ours. They woke up around 4 a.m and were leaving the room and doing their luggage. What is the point of paying for a room if you cannot sleep! Avoid if you can!

This was the hotel I dreamed of, but I was never able to get into it. I paid for my room through Booking.com and was ready to check in. The girl at the reception said that the payment was declined and I need to call a third party to get my money back. It was Sunday, late evening. And I was very lucky that I got through to booking. I didn't receive any help from the girl. I only felt her irritation because I was distracting her with my “stupid” (as I felt my position) questions to stand and help guests who had no problems with payment. She gave priority to another guest at the reception and dropped the call from Booking.com twice while they were trying to help me. When I asked the girl to call herself (at least to someone!!!), she refused. I understand English, but it’s difficult for me to speak, especially on such complex questions. That's why I use the online service and don't arrive in advance!! And the whole waiting process took me about 40 minutes to understand that she would not be able to check me in, simply because they did not have such a function in their database. I will wait a few more DAYS for a refund on the card! Now they won’t check me in anywhere, because everywhere they require a deposit, which I just paid to this hotel. And it's already late evening. I'll sleep in the car, thanks. This spoiled the impression not only of the hotel, but also of the city

Space in room is really good

It's a normal hotel for a one night stay with a large bed.

The bed is fantastic - a real highlight of the room. It was clean and had everything I needed, a desk / place to work, a TV with plenty of channels.

I especially liked how spacious the rooms were. The first night, there were a lot of mosquitoes in our room, which we complained about. The desk clerk was cooperative and managed the problem immediately. Besides that, we were also pleasantly surprised that both the towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day. In older reviews, we read that the hotel was run-down from the outside, but it seemed that the entire building was renovated, so it appeared very modern and neat.

room was spacious, clean and comfortable. nothing fancy but not cut-rate either. lots of stores/businesses nearby. we asked for a quiet room and were given one on the ground floor away from the street. The only staff person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, although no help was needed. everything in the room worked as expected, she gave me the wifi info without my asking. Parking was no problem.

It is really difficult to find a good stay in Los Angeles. It had a good location and also a better neighbourhood. The outside did not seem like much but the rooms are amazing really cute and cozy. I really can recommend it.
