“Great experience”
The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, they truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of DTLA, with easy access to pretty much everything. The hotel is spotless, so nothing to add on that front. It’s also a really nice touch that they offer complimentary water and fresh fruit in the lobby for guests. Lastly, the free shuttle service is a huge plus, it can get busy at times and you might have to wait a bit, but it’s absolutely worth it.

The Omni Hotel is superb! Impeccable service and a prime location. The standout features are the amenities, like the 3-mile guest shuttle, plus coffee, water, and petit fours available during specific hours. We felt incredibly welcome.

Hotel was amazing. Great value for money. We booked with club lounge which was great. Laura our waitress in club lounge was so professional and looked after us. Beds were really comfortable. Valet service was brilliant. They take you free of charge within 3 miles of hotel and pick you up on request.

Upgraded to club lounge room. Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend. Laura (staff member in club lounge) was excellent, accommodating and made our visit. Staff at reception were all really helpful. Room was clean, and valet service amazing.

The hotel is location in a quiet area, you can get to the public transport really easily, the room was confortable, a littel dated. The pool area was also dated.

Excellent location near to Pershing sq and Bunker hill metro stations. Also attached to the Angels flight railway leading straight to grand central market. Room very spacious for three adults and very clean. Bar area very nice also

The room and bathroom were nice and large . The shuttle service provided for taking guests within 3kms from the hotel was a very welcome one.
