I highly recommend this place! Julia and her husband were absolutely amazing—super welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, and everything you could possibly need was already provided (like coffee, shower gel, shampoo, etc.). The neighborhood was very quiet and felt completely safe. It’s just 4 minutes from Mulholland Drive and super convenient to get almost anywhere in LA. I’m already thinking about booking again for next year. Just an amazing experience overall!

We had a fantastic stay! The guest house is very nice, comfortable, fully equipped, and located in a great, quiet area, 10 min drive from Universal Studios. The host was very accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Its a beautifullAmazing house. Fully equipped. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need. From utensils to spices. Washing machine and dryer for free use. The hostess is wonderful and immediately available through the app and if needed physically arrives within a minute.

Property was superb! It was modern and immaculately clean and it had absolutely everything you could ask for, down to a needle and thread for a loose shirt button! It is evident that Julia has put a lot of thought into this property which caters for all your needs. The guest house is very spacious! Has all you need, just everything is thought of it’s very clean and comfortable! A nice break from hotels! Julia was amazing too! Helped us fantastic with things to do and even send a package after we left 2 items behind, such a lovely and helpful lady! In a lovely area, really easy to drive where you want! We did the Hollywood sign in 10mins down the road haha. Don’t hesitate just book it! LA is amazing!!!!

Very clean, perfectly aligned with the pictures place, fully equipped kitchen also with coffee, sugar and a large choice of spices, so you can cook at home if you wish, beyond comfortable bed. The neighborhood is safe and nice, but mind that you would probably need a car if you plan to visit the city and not only stay around the studios. The host, Julia, is just an amazing and kind person. She came over in the first evening after we checked in, shared some tips for our trip, even prepared a full day itinerary for us ♥️ moreover, she took us for a quick ride in the neighborhood showing some of the scenic viewpoints. “The perfect spot to explore LA!”

Excellent location in Studio City, really close to Universal and also to drive into central LA spots. Really good bed and the shower was lovely! Also handy to have a washing machine and dryer. Check in process was really easy and also great to have free off street parking in a safe location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The house is great. The neighbourhood is very nice, next to Mulholland Drive and the Hollywood hills. You can park in the premises in front of the house. The place is very big, a well equipped bathroom with a shower, the room is great, comfy bed and nice big living room with a big kitchen (with fridge, oven, coffee). There is a big TV and a nice sofa.

Newly finished so very clean and nicely decorated, loads of space, big driveway so free parking, location to Universal was brilliant, good value for money compared to the hotels. Julia was also very helpful and welcoming on arrival, recommending places and eateries nearby.
