“Nice location for families or small groups to visit LA”
Check-in was excellent. We received detailed instructions. The location is fantastic! It's quite central and you can even reach some attractions on foot. We found the area very safe. The apartment was clean, tidy, and everything was in good condition. The appliances in the kitchen were modern and worked well. It was also very spacious; there was plenty of room for four people. It was very quiet, and we didn't hear any traffic noise. A definite highlight is the private underground parking space. Our landlord was very easy to reach and extremely helpful – absolutely top-notch! We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well-maintained. The small gym is more suitable for cardio exercises; it's geared more towards beginners for weightlifting.

“Perfect for a group to stay in. Very easy to access and parking was great with the car”
Location was great. Very close to everything nearby and quiet area to walk in at night. Staff very helpful with instructions of how to access the building and how to use the car park.

The host was very great , made our stay comfortable, always on stand by for any issues & will highly recommend this apartment, central to everything & looking forward to future stays here . The attention to detail , communication alone was amazing and 1st class. The facilities too were great as well .

We spent one week at the apartment, and all was fantastic. The apartment was really clean and comfortable with nice open spaces and plenty of daylight thanks to the big windows. John did also help us with all our questions, making sure that we could feel home at all times. We can absolutely recommend it!

“Clean, convenient and safe.”
It was very clean, safe and the hosts were very responsive. Great gym and pretty centrally located in Beverly Hills. There’s a washing machine, ironing board, etc.

“Perfect for a good stay in Los Angeles”
It was perfect! If you are looking for an apartment with everything you need in the residence, i.e. two swimming pools, two gyms and a magnificent rooftop, this is the perfect place for that I recommend
