Location is convenient because it is located to close to freeway's exit, supermarket, etc. Staffs are very kind to help.

Location excellent, 8 mins from Universal studio. Lots good breakfast restaurant nearby, highly recommend Nat's early bite lol. Clean hotel, nice room. Hot tea and coffee at lobby. Has a mini self serve market at lobby pretty neat.

There is no real breakfast , coffee is available and a few items are offered for sale. the room and surrounding facilities are spotlessly clean , the fixtures in the room are modern and sleek , room service is offered dailym if required.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, with large rooms, great beds, super friendly staff and though I do not know LA all that well, it was easy to get around by car/taxi plus a wholefoods supermarket and other shops were very close by (walkable). I think on some websites, the hotel is listed as having a swimming pool - it does not - but it does have a large hot tub and quite a nice outdoor patio area. The hotel is a on Riverside Drive, a very busy road but the rooms are generally pretty quiet - the only slight negative was that the bathrooms have a very noisy vent in the ceiling which is more or less contained when you close the bathroom door. The gym is small but open 24 hrs and was fine for a couple of nights. hote tip - you can fill up your water bottles in the gym - otherwise they charge you for the water in the rooms. Tea and coffee is free all day and there is a small breakfast selection (pastries etc) for purchase plus they do sell alcohol too. Danny on the front desk was super helpful and welcoming but all staff were friendly.

The hotel and the room were clean. The place is also close to Whole Foods, and the food at the hotel bar seems to be reasonably priced ( we didn't buy any though).

There is no breakfast included in the room price , but there is free coffee and a lounge where one can buy breakfast refreshments at a fair price. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room with coffee and tea facilities. Room service is excellent and available on a daily basis if so wished. Everywhere in the hotel is scrupulously clean, facilities are modern, there is a deep bath in the room if required, a good lighted work desk and television.
