The room is clean and has a good smell. Easy parking in front of the room. 15min walking distance to the universal city shuttle station, easy to get to the theme park :-)

“Close to universal studios and no extra charge for parking.”
Beds were good. Large shower, not additional cost for parking which is out the front of your room. Staff were helpful, let us check in early as we had come off a long overnight flight. And they also let us let the car parked there while we went to universal studios. No additional free for parking.

“Clean , cozy stay with wonderful amenities in Los Angeles !”
This property is a FANTASTIC discovery ! GREAT location , the check- in was EASY . The manager who checked me in was kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. LOVE that you can park your car in front of your room. This is a HUGE deal in Los Angeles and non existent in most parts of the world . Room was a great size ULTRA clean , modern , cozy. The fridge , microwave and coffee maker are so useful. So happy to have found a great new place .

The room was clean and modern, and we had a king size bed which was awesome. We got a parking space which is great, and it’s within walking distance of Universal Studios. In addition to that, there are many restaurants close by. Fab place!

“Scam”
Sheets had stains, the hotel is very far from being a 4 stars hotel, the rooms have ruined doors, extremely strong perfume smell, there was coffee but not even creamers, sugar, nothing, you could just have a black coffee. The shower drain was almost clogged

“Bijou little hotel near Universal”
The location is excellent for visiting Universal Hollywood, walkable in 15-20 mins. There are free breakfast items in the lobby like coffee and muffins. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely immaculate rooms, fresh flowers & air conditioner on ready for us arriving. Reception staff so helpful. We also had our hire car, it was parked in the gated parking lot, really safe. Easy walk to Universal Studios in a well lit area. Would definitely stay again.
