“Modern, comfortable, very good location”
I tnink this is just perfect for a solo traveler, very comfortable, clean, and the room tech is a plus. I enjoyed the room and really got some well deserved rest, which was the main purpose. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Trendy, modern vibe. Feels a bit like an upscale co-working environment. Overall had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the coffee at breakfast.

Payment integration between Booking and CitizenM doesn't work quite well. I had a down payment charge that wasn't featured on their system and they didn't know what was that about. They won't try to problem solve anything, but rather blame booking for "third-party reservation issues".

“Love the CM world”
Love the open spaces in all CM where you can hang out. I love sitting in a Herman Miller chair, reading a giant book on art, with a cup of tea or a beer. I have been to 3 of them and LOVE them, perfect for work travel and personal. Last trip, I popped down to LA for a show, so it was affordable and fun. Here is the secret to CM...get the breakfast, worth every penny. I have eggs and warm stuff first, then have tea and granola and yogurt or croissant and it's all so delicious. This is not any Continental BS, this is real nourishment.

The controls for the room are via an iPad which takes several seconds to get ready, which means for example it would be quicker and simpler to use an old fashioned remote control. The blinds closed automatically every time I left the room, so it was always dark and there is no simple light switch. Uncomfortable pillows.

Location, great for public transport/staff great. Bed faced the opposite way to my last stay in Boston CitizenM Hotel... really struggled to get into bed post knee surgery... something to request for future bookings.
