This was one of the nicest and beautiful hotels I have ever experienced. Very very nicely equiped. Small hotel, not overcrowded. Very personal and cozy style. Absolutley clean and very kind team.

Beautiful old home up on a hill. I loved my room # 7. Great friendly owner and staff. I could bring my little dog. Extra $50 but worth it.

“A beautiful stay.”
The guest house was amazing. Beautiful hime in the hills and close to the town for food and amenities. The views over the valley were beautiful. The hosts were very nice, when we met them on the second morning, and allowed us to hold out bags while we made the most of our last day in LA.

The room was very comfortable and I slept well every night. Everything felt very clean. I could occasionally hear other guests in the room below, but most guests were quiet and respectful so it wasn't a big issue. Wifi worked well. Room was more updated than the photos on booking.com (laminate floors replaced the carpet) which was a nice plus.

A very cozy and beautiful house on a little hill (quite). We booked without breakfast, so we cant say anyting about that. Our Window was broken, and after we told the owner, they fixed it the same day - very kind!

Location and vibe. Friendly person at the checkin. Overall a much better experience than similarly priced chain hotels. I truly recommend staying here for visiting the Pasadena area

“It was a great spot and you felt like you were in a tree house. Very well setup.”
It was very easy to check in and check out. The bed was super comfortable. The tub in my room was a stand alone tub and you could look out into the trees while you took a bath. Very relaxing.

Is a really nice place to stay, so close to City Hall & Downtown, and close for Disney. Is very nice house/hotel with all the decorations & breakfast.
