“Great apartment”

Location was safe, spacious apartment, nice balcony, amenities, great coffee shop nearby, grocery store right across the street.

Great base for all our day trips we had planned. Perfect for families who need more space than a hotel room. Secure parking , near a great IHOP for breakfast , large bedrooms great comfy beds, walk in closets and 2 full bathrooms. Would recommend, we had the best week.

Clean and comfortable

The location was fantastic - we loved all the museums we had within walking distance. Very safe, quiet location. The grocery store across the road was particularly convenient. We loved the pool and used this most days - very quiet. Also the grill area was fantastic, along with the gym. The apartment itself was large and very comfortable.

Very spacious and clean apartment. There is a supermarket and Starbucks just opposite the building. Pool and jacuzzi available 8 am to 10 pm. Parking available.

The entire experience was terrific. We were checked in by Aziz who was so competent thoughtful and kind. He left us feeling like we had a friend in the city. The apartment is lovely and the location is so friendly and safe.

We met our contact Erick outside the apartments. He showed us around and gave us any necessary information. We parked our car in the dedicated carpark in a designated space and were taken up by lift to a penthouse suite with 3 bedrooms. There were 4 in our party so it was very spacious. It was also clean and comfortable and had a great view looking out across Los Angeles. There was a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi tucked in between the buildings but the sun was not on it after the morning and it wasn't warm enough to sit out in the shade. There were also a few shops, restaurants, an off license and supermarket nearby.

Lots of space, parking, location, pool area was always relaxing with availabe sun beds. The barbecue was also great

On the afternoon we arrived we were met by Eric who gave us a brief run through of the apartment and the door code. Overall the apartment was in good condition and there was so much space for the 3 of us. We had an ensuite bathroom and our son had his own bathroom the other side of the apartment and each had a walk in wardrobe (with plenty of hangers) so we could unpack properly. Kitchen had everything we needed in it. We used the washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and all the products were provided. Shower Gel, shampoo etc were also there (either provided or left by previous guests) Pool area was great and we used this a lot. The Spa pool is very hot so be careful. Location was brilliant. We had a car so could explore LA and we made sure to see everything. Over the road was Ralphs (brilliant supermarket- car not required) and a few restaurants. About half an hour walk away was the Farmers Market and The Grove which was amazing. Also found a great, friendly bar called Tom Bergins- food and staff were brilliant! Our apartment was on the 6th floor and we had a great view of the pool area. Photos online were not exactly of the pool or apartment we had so may be worth asking exactly where you will be staying. Make sure you keep your fob with you as you will need to access the lift from parking area and main entrance and also the pool and toilets.
