One young woman at check in ( 23 Mar around 5pm ) was unfriendly and was not aware of the booking charges ... talking to us as if we were idiots ... unacceptable !!! One of her colleagues came to rescue her and proved her wrong ... The room : Aircon very old and super noisy ... FOR SURE... WILL NEVER GO BACK !
