“Swimming with a view of the Andes”
A very comfortable hotel! Big and not hot room. I could sleep without aircon. Comfy bed. Nice swimming pool with view of the Andes. Good breakfast with fruits, cakes, varm eggs, different cheese and ham. The grown up gentleman in the restaurant is unusually friendly!

“Not worth for the money you pay”
There was an event going on until late at the restaurant near reception and the noise was unbearable to sleep.

“ok”
When I did the booking I was asking for two queen-size room for 2 adults and one 12 years-old child. But after the room selection the reservations was just for 2 adults. I had to pay 50% extra in the hotel.

“Good base around Los Andes for drive up to the mountains”
Nice pool area with deep end (1.2m to 1.7m) good for swimming around. Reception agent was very friendly and proactive. Only decent option around the area. Wifi is fine, and gated parking.

“Great place to stay on trip to Andes”
Staff very friendly and helpful, even accommodating and early checkin which was very much appreciated. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool and general guest areas of hotel are well laid out and very comfortable. Food at on site restaurant very good. I do highly recommend this hotel.

“Excellent stay for a quick trip to Portillo.”
The hotel was a great jumping off point for skiing at Portillo. We really enjoyed the restaurant on site.

“Expensive and does not live up to the price”
Large room, air conditioning. No buffet breakfast but it was ok, great friendly waiter who gavevus all we asked for.
