“Awful!!”

It is disgusting! Everything is really dirty and there’s a bad smell everywhere (esp the kitchen). The waterfall had a pool of rubbish and gunk in the middle. The pools were green. Piles of rubbish all around the property. Stained sheets, broken sink ect. Every-time thought maybe it was ok something else would come up. And to top it all of the owner is racist and started telling me why he hated Muslims…

I am a returning guest.....I love this place! It is situated on the road up to Boquete so a great place to build into your plans. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a guest kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. The hostel sits beside a river and waterfall and is bordered by ancient rainforest. Relax and enjoy the wildlife and beautiful natural surroundings. You can swim in the river (the waterfall has a big pool below it) or alternatively swim in one of the 2 swimming pools on the grounds which are fed by the clean river water and are refilled regularly. There is a restaurant on-site and free wifi all around. Have a beer with Peter the welcoming, hard-working, super-friendly (and proud Aussie) owner. Why stay in noisy David when only 10 mins away in the bus you can have all this for only $10 per night?! CHEERS PETER!

A great place to connect with nature with private creek access for hostel guests, fire pit for the evenings and kitchen facilities perfect for whipping up morning breakfast and coffee while watching the ducks and other wildlife in the yard. The waterfall is stunning and resturant on site is resonably priced with a variety of good options. The bus to Boquete is only $1.50, and picks up from directly outside the hostel, which provides access to many hikes and areas to explore. This accomodation is great value for money, the room was comfortable, the bed especially comfortable, towels and individual soap were provided, perfect for backpackers, we stayed 5 nights and felt very much at home. Lastly, the owner Peter is a great guy, always up for a chat and answer any questions, which adds to the positive experience we had here. We hope to return in the future.

The hostel has a beautiful garden and a stream around the place. It is great just to dip in the water on a secluded place at the end of the garden. The vibe is good at this place.

Breakfast was better than expected. Coffee was especially great. The owner, Peter was incredibly helpful. Informing us of the best places to visit during our holiday. He was full of interesting facts and local knowledge.The pool area with waterfalls on the property was lovely and great for our son. The wildlife with numerous birds and even a monkey was fantastic to be around. Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place for a perfect getaway. Good value for money.

Amazing setting, a few miles outside David on the road to Boquete. The hostel has its own waterfall you can swim in, is on the edge of some of the last remaining ancient rainforest in the area so the gardens are full of birds, butterflies and flowers. Saw a sloth in one of the mango trees. Relaxed atmoshere, 2 pools, guest kitchen, wifi, bar, restaurant, hammocks etc. Peter the owner is very welcoming and know's a lot about the area and things to do, loves hanging out with the guests. Great place to unwind and enjoy the natural environment, Panama at its best. Cheers Peter.

Great staff and interesting guests from all over the world!

Very hospitable and helpful host. We got a room with a bathroom because it was not occupied in that time even though we paid for the cheaper option, very nice. Good value for money, but you have to be aware that it's a budget option and don't expect luxury.

The sheets and towels were clean, but there were spiders and bugs under the blanket, when we crawled into bed.

“not pleasant”

The location is just that, a location I didn't use the facility pool, is a big property but doesn't have the proper maintenance it has potential but the facility accommodation is not what's been advertising.

Very close to nature and the waterfall was amazing.
