Lovely apartment near beach and short walk to 525 restaurants

“Great location for the beach but otherwise noise disturbances.”

The location was fantastic. You can see the sea from the balcony and there is parking underground (although there was another car in our space) or on the road outside. It’s only a short walk to the town centre or a small supermarket, bars and restaurants. There were some coffee pods and a coffee machine provided which was appreciated. Although there was a dishwasher which was nice, a washing machine would have been useful during a long stay.

The location was absolutely first class. Only a two minute walk from a lovely sandy beach. Everything you could need was supplied with the apartment. Every room had air conditioning and the beds were really comfortable. This apartment is spotlessly clean feels like new. This was a very spacious apartment very close to a supermarket which sold everything you could want. Great bars and restaurants all within a seven minute walking distance.

“Perfect holiday”

The apartment was very clean, very well equipped kitchen, two nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. The owners are very kind and helpful. The restaurants are within walking distance (~7min), the beach is 100m away. Private parking space under the building. It was the perfect stay.

Everything apartment was spotless, location was ideal only two of us could have fitted in far more and still had space. Great balconies, Netflix and tv very good.

The apartment was great. Bathroom/toilet downstairs and upstairs is very practical. Good beds with choice of pillows (also soft ones which I like most). Kitchen nice with enough glasses, cutlery and cooking pans. And even the frying pans were good, which is quite exceptional because these are often so much scratched that they are hard to use. The balcony is big (the apartment is on the corner of a street, so two sides) with lots of sunshine. Upstairs there's another smaller balcony. Very close to the sea and it's a nice walk via the sea promenade to the center of town (about 1,5-2 km). We were there in January, so everything was very quiet and lots of bars and restaurants were closed. I imagine it will be quite different during high season, although it's a small town without high-rise apartments. Certainly not Benidorm :). TV with Netflix etc., nice at long winter evenings. All in all a very nice apartment, perfect for a longer stay. Murcia is not far away (30-45 minutes by car) and is a very nice city to visit.

Location 100 m from beach, cafes and beach huts all along beach, spectacular views, very secure, multiple parking options. 5 min drive to supermarkets. Spectacular Cartagena 30 min drive . Great wine and food at cheap prices. Lovely weather mostly ( in October). Sergio couldn’t have been more helpful. Fab new and well equipped kitchen with complete range of utensils. 2 lovely bathrooms, 3 spacious bedrooms. We spent at least a 1/3 of our time on the spacious balcony, using the awnings when very sunny. All had breakfast out there each day.

Comfortable and spacious duplex with aircon in each room, plus ceiling fans - all very necessary. The location was brilliant for both sea, entertainment and food etc.
