I specifically asked for a room with a balcony. That's why I chose this hotel and not another. Because of the balcony, and because the photos of the balcony are spectacular. No balcony in my room. This is just one of the things that left me dissatisfied. Unacceptable.

“Would never stay there again.”
Very dated, dirty hallways, broken master light switch, ants in the shower, broken blind, no staff available in the morning for check out.

we checked out at 7am, there was no one at the reception! Nobody answered the call. from the room we left the door at the entrance and for a long time could not find a way out of the hotel, since the main entrance was closed with keys. There is also information that there is parking, but my Lexus RX car is too big for this parking lot and the employee recommended me to leave the car in a paid parking lot (I paid an additional 20 euros for it)
