It's a properly equipped apartment, quiet at night. Parking on a rather busy street so be prepared if you won't be able to find a spot next to the apartment, but somewhere down the road.

“We were attending an event at Lorient La Base which was only 15 Mins walk away so a perfect location”
Really well thought out apartment with everything we needed, including coffee for us to use. We cooked in on a couple of evenings, the small kitchen was well equipped. There was also a fabulous Boulangerie just 5 minutes down the road where we bought breakfast every morning. Great communication from our host Régis. If we return to Lorient we would definitely stay here again.

“A nice visit in a nice town.”
The apartment was nice, clean, well equipped, located on a nice street not far from the center of the city. Parking is available on the street, in front of the building. We enjoyed staying here and we recommend this apartment.
