“Could have been good. Was destroyed by terrible attitudes and arrogance toward the guests.”
We booked this house because it gave the opportunity for our students to hav separate rooms. This was the main reason we booked the house. We were met with an arrogant "this is not how we do thing" and "we close of rooms as we please" attitude. If this policy were explained in a reasonably easy to find place on the booking pages, we would not have booked it. As it is, I can only wonder how this arrogance and lack of service survives in the business. I will certainly not recommend this place to anyone.
