Everything, excellent hotel and the staff was superb, specially Gines, Antonio, Juan and the cleaners, all the staff was always willing to help, the breakfast was very good , very impressed with everything and everybody, highly recommended, excellent value for money, thanks to all the staff for the kindness welcome, we felt like we were at home ❤️

Excellent Hotel. 4th stay here and now this is our go to hotel for Lorca. Great location, superb neighbourhood, carparking is so easy and free for guests, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, don't rely on google or trust pilot for the best restaurants, there are plenty within 10 minute walk that are not shown on any of these sites as they are local Spanish and hidden gems. easy to walk around and find good eatery's locally. But also the food in the hotel restaurant is excellent.

Very comfortable beds, very helpful staff, very good secure parking, excellent breakfast. Nice location (very quiet)

The location near the town centre and secure free parking. The view from our terrace to the Castle was excellent, (Room 303). Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

This is our second stay and the hotel is excellent, free car park for guests, close to a nice area of smart houses and nearby restaurants. The staff on reception are very good, smooth check in no fuss. Super courteous. Staff in the bar and restaurant could be a little more friendly, the restaurant staff looked overworked and some were very grumpy. That being said the food in the restaurant was first class, amazing tastes and very well presented. Well worth a visit for dinner. Breakfast is good , lots of choice not much hot food but great for continental offers. Overall a very very nice hotel
