“Affordable, clean, comfortable and still a short walk to the city center.”
The room was small but clean and comfortable. The bed in that particular room was best for one. However, the bed was more comfortable than the one at the hotel I paid a lot for at a higher-end hotel in Chamartin in Madrid. If you want a nice low-cost, clean place, this is it. While it is not in the city center, it's a short walk and you are there.

“Spent two nights at Casa Juan which enabled me to visit Lorca and it's castle.”
Very friendly, helpful staff. Felt safe as a lone traveller. Very comfy bed.
